Is that a custom playbook or an OOTB one?
if OOTB one and you haven't changed anything to it then raise a case with ServiceNow.
Was this working fine earlier?
Did you recently upgrade the instance?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi Siddhi
Did you find a solution to your problem? It seems I am facing the same issue:
I'm using the "Create Task" action to create a sn_customerservice_task. The same user can update said task without problem directly on that table / record view.
But on the playbook page, when clicking the Update Button it complains about missing required fields, but when those are all filled, nothing happens.
Regards,
Luzia

Update: Following KB helped me fix my issue. There was a mandatory field on the table that wasn't displayed on the form.
