we have event register on the table which will trigger the notification for the expiry date of the table, but I didn't find how this event is firing to trigger an notification could someone have a look and explain what and all the things I can check to find the solution,

Hello Chiranjeevi,
Your event is being fired from "Condition Check Definitions". You can find them like below.
In this table, you can filter using the event name by adding below condition.
This will filter out the record which is triggering your event.
