What are Build Agents in ServiceNow?

This is the newest feature (part of "Now Assist"),  Think of it as a smart robot developer that lives inside ServiceNow. You talk to it in plain English (e.g., "Build me an app to track office expenses"). The agent then writes the code, creates the tables, sets up the permissions, and builds the application for you automatically.
