Please let me know how to remove Quick links From Categories box in service portal.

Hi @keval3 ,

You just need to make the quick links category in active.

Navigate to All -> Service Catalog -> Catalog Definitions -> Maintain Categories and search for "Quick Links" category record and make it in active by unchecking the Active check box.

Other way is to remove it form the catalog. 

Navigate to All -> Service Catalog -> Catalog Definitions -> Maintain Categories and search for "Quick Links" category record and set "catalog" field to empty.
