Plugin installation problem

Hello All,

 

          While attempting to install the Content Management plugin (com.glide.cms) in my company's ServiceNow instance, I am encountering an issue where it shows "Plugin details not found." This plugin is required for installing the Connected Workplace application, so I need assistance in understanding the cause of this problem. What could be the issue?

Are your instances entitled for that plugin? You can check the ServiceNow store to see what's wrong. 

Also: I have been creating numerous cases with NowSupport lately about apps/plugins that just aren't found or suddenly have dependencies, preventing any updates. So it could very well be that this one simply also has an issue. 

I assume you did a new sync before you tried installing?
