Plugin probleme acticating in PDI

Hello!

I tried to activate many plugins for my PDI instance developer like "Event Management and Service Mapping Core" unfortunately it didn't activate anyone can help me understand why?

Hi @MalikB 

 

Greetings 

Some time plugin did not get installed properly due to dependency issues or other reason.

 

Try to do it again and i am not 100% sure but these are ITOM specific plugins, we can't install fully in PdI.

Hi @MalikB ,

 

Yesterday only i installed the all the ITOM Plugin including the Event Management and Service Mapping Core, Just tried once again and Check.

 

By the way My instance running in Xanadu Release.

Hi there,

 

Is this about the failure emails received? Or did the plugins really fail?

 

If this is about the failure emails... no worries... this is a known thing... this has been posted hundreds of times 🙂 Its already like this for years and something with a timeout or something (and no, we all here cannot do anything about it, we are all just simple random community members just like you). Though checking your PDI after 1 or 2 hours, the plugins are installed fine.
