When Installing the FSM's Plugins - i get problem with API's and Implemente to other users

Hello Guys, 

I got a problem issue when installing the FSM's Plugins, 
The Problem is with the API and with trying to Implemente to other Users's (got error 430) 

Someone noticed this issue and maybe know how to figure it out ? 

The Version of my Instance is: Xanadu Patch 7

which plugin and what's the error?

Is that an actual plugin issue or something else since you mentioned something about API?
