Plugins not activating on PDI but receive successful email

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has any advice, things that can be tried.  I've attempted (a number of times) to activate the integration hub spokes on a PDI.  I've tried this on an existing PDI instance, released and tried a new instance, tried different releases, but the results are the same.  Follow the 'Activate Plugins' process, get an email saying it's successful, history says it's been installed, but none of the spokes are added to the PDI instance.  Tried with integration hub pro and enterprise spokes (and a number of other plugins).

Any ideas, help or assistance will be appreciated.

Thank you

Hi,

Please wait for few hours check your instance again. Sometimes it takes tome to complete installation on instance but user receive notification in advance.

If you do not see plugin installed in your PDI then you may try to install it again.

Thanks Anil,

Your response is very much appreciated.  I have waited hours, days, weeks!  And tried multiple activations / plugin installs but no matter if I try it on an existing PDI instance or get a new one (tried on each release version) it says it's activated and installed but that is not reflected in the instance.  Even tried different ServiceNow developer accounts.

Thanks
Andy

Looks like any issue with Plugin installation. As ServiceNow has stopped support PDI we have no way to resolve such issues until ServiceNow fix it.

Hope you are using below way to install it:

Are you able to install any other plugins?

Thanks Anil,

Yes followed the specific steps and yes aware there's no 'support' for PDI's any longer.

Doing some research I found this - https://servicenowspectaculars.com/what-we-cant-do-on-servicenow-personal-development-instance-pdi/

"Access paid plugins or applications: Personal development instances do not come with access to paid plugins or applications. You cannot install or use paid plugins or applications on your instance."

Not sure if this is correct or not, but if this is the case.  For me, it largely makes it pointless having a PDI.

Thank you for trying to help anyway 🙂
