Hi
Our Policy Exception overview in workspace is missing in one of our instance.
Where should we start checking?
See highlighted in the screenshot.

Which instance? Where in the release cycle is this instance? If it's on the first or last, it's easier to check, because the first will probably have some changes not yet deployed to the next one(s) and if it's the last, it will probably need some updates. If it's in between, someone probably forgot to do something they should have done).
Did you check on the differences between plugins/update sets?
Are all (store)apps up to date?
Has this just been noticed while it was there before, or has it never been checked?
Are the instances on the same version/patch?

So of all of my things to check, you checked if the app was on the latest version. What about all of the other things?
