Pop up Dialog box when a field value changes in Service Operation Workspace

Hi,

 

I have a requirement in which when the state of the Incident is changed in Service Operation Workspace , a pop up should appear asking for Additional Comments. I tried Using GlideModal API in Client script but it doesn't seem to work.

Does GlideModal work on Service Operation Workspace ?

From which state to which state you need this pop up? and only for WS or native form?

We are trying to run the client script when state changes to Awaiting User. And we want this only on workspace

I doubt we can do only for WS

Client script don't have option to choose where to execute.
