Populate Assignment Group based on CI/SO

Hey Guys,

 

I have requirement here it goes

On Change Request Form, when we change "Service" and "Configuration Item" then the Assignment group should be auto populated based on CI/SO 

Installed  Plugin (com.snc.best_practice.itsm_csdm.quebec)

Business Rule  is a OOB (populate assignment group based on CI/SO)

 

Any option, that do I need to change system properties. Please help me with the process, as it's not working.
