Hi
I need to add a field to the change_request table so that it contains a list of all activities that have been in a rejected status and changed to another status.
That is, from the moment the activity was opened, if it has been in a rejected status, then populate it in this field.
Thanks, Shir

Thanks for details, but what value it serves.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

I will create a new field that will only appear in the table list, will not appear on the form and will populate it in the business rule for all change requests that go into the rejected status
Do you have a solution for this?
I would appreciate help

If I may say, I don't have a solution for this at the moment, but I do have some concerns that you might want to consider:
- Value Addition: What value will you get by adding that field to the list view?
- Historical Changes: How do you plan to search for backdated changes?
- State Transitions: When a change is rejected and moves back to the "New" state, you'll need to query the approval table and link it with the change table to track this.
- Field Type: If the count is significant, what type of field will you use to represent this data?
- UI Impact: If the rejected count reaches 50 or more, how will the list view look and feel?
- Access Control: Who are the users allowed to view or access this field?
Please review these points and reconsider the requirement accordingly, mate.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Your requirement doesn't seem to be a valid business use-case
The reference field will point to CHG table.
Which CHG you want to store in that?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
