How to revert to the old “Add attachment (paperclip)” option instead of the new drag‑and‑drop UI in Service Portal?

Hi @George_1 

I doubt we can remove or revert to the old paperclip, as this is part of the Next Experience design. However, you can disable drag-and-drop functionality using a system property.

Refer this KB  for revert back to paper clip ( in css , you have to make it visible (customization)
