Hi Team,

In the service portal field for the incident , where the description display only 20 characters remaining represent as ....., So, could please help to increase the number characters for the description. The highlighted , one is description and the character displayed.

Hi @Arun_Manoj ,

You can add no_truncate attribute to description field in incident table as shown below,

in attribute click new and search no_truncate and save it and then try in portal if it doesn't work please let me know

I found a article which mentions that OOTB box we can not achieve this in portal,

But you can do it through customisation,
