Portal users without any roles cannot see "groups" on catalog item while raising request in portal

Regarding the issue, it's possible that the read ACL (Access Control List) on this specific table requires certain roles (such as contract manager or model manager). Given that users accessing this field don't have any roles, you may want to create a new read ACL with no roles required.

However, please be cautious about potential security implications when granting read access for this variable to users.
