Portal - widget to view historical tickets(Request, RITM, Task, Incident)

Hi,

I need help to figure out how to add historical or old tickets on porta

currently we have a widget "My Tickets" which shows the number of Request/RITM/Incident and all

But as soon as we close any incident or request from the list it disappear and we don't want that to be happen

Is there any way to keep the closed tickets still available on portal  and  hide closed tickets after a duration of 3-6 months

On the Service Portal, there is a widget called simple list.  This widget can be configured to show a list of records from any table with any filter applied.  You could customize the page that displays my tickets to also include the simple list widget with a filter of closed tickets.

Could you help with that customization on page/widget which includes my tickets and my closed tickets  must be appearing
