possibility to define chart colors in the reports?

Dear all,

For example if we have a report on incidents, all priority 1 incidents will be red, all priority 2 incidents will be orange, etc, across all reports. This feature enables to define colors and have them consistent across different reports.

Hi @Reddy481 ,

You can put a sort on the chart so that internal is always first, then you can set the colors by putting the hex number in the order you want, the first will always be the color you enter as the first hex number and external will be the second color.

 

Under style of the report you choose 'use several colors' and place them in the order you want.  So in this case i sorted on breached false/true and i want false to be green and true to be red.  This ensures to the eye that they know which is passing and which is failing the SLA.
