Post Comment Button in Service Operation Workspace

Hi, 
In SOW on the incident form for example, when the user wants to add comment to the work notes or to additional comments, he need to type and then click 'Post Comment'. The problem is that after he clicks on the 'Post Comment', he needs to refresh the page by himself in order to see the comments in the activity. How can I edit this button so it will insert the comment and refresh the page? Where can I find this button I tried to find it in UI Action but I had no luck

This is a UI builder page and I don't think it can be edited. I just tested it in my PDI and the comments appeared immediately after clicking post without refreshing.  I noticed that your comments appears to be an HTML field instead of a Journal entry field so I'm wondering if that might be the issues.
