Post submitting record in scoped application, getting Instance unavailable error.

Hi,

 

I have created a scoped application and whenever I am submitting a ticket through record producer or through application module I am getting below error

@Puneet4418 Looks like your PDI is about to expire due to PDI migration (https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-blog/important-updates-regarding-your-personal-develo...

 

Please see request for a new PDI if this issue continue to persist. Unfortunately, there is no support available for PDI from ServiceNow. However, you can still try your luck by sending an email to pdiquestions@servicenow.com

Hi @Sandeep Rajput this is not PDI. This is my org instance. 

@Puneet4418 If this is an instance from your organisation then you should raise a ServiceNow support case and let support fix this issue for you. This support article here https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0785049 also suggest the samething.
