Posting in the Service Now community requires Approval.

Whenever I create a question or reply in the community using this new account, I see the message: "Your post will appear as soon as it is approved." I understand that a first post may require approval, but in my case, every post still goes through moderation, which can sometimes take up to two days and makes it difficult to respond promptly. My colleagues, however, seem to be able to post without any approval. Is there a way to update my settings so that my posts don’t require approval every time?

There has been a lot of scammer activity in the community lately, so to address this issue, many members are now seeing their posts go through a deletion or approval process.
