When I create a Question or Post a Reply in the community, I get the following message and it is waiting for Approval.
'Your post will appear as soon as it is approved.'
This has been mentioned in the past at the community. The first post often requires Approval.
On the other hand, I have already made several posts and still need approval every time.
Sometimes it takes up to 2 days for approval, which makes it impossible for me to respond to the questioner quickly.
My colleagues seem to be able to post without approval (they don't seem to have anything set up). Is there anything I can do to change the setting without approval?

Hi Satoshi,
There are a number of factors that fall into whether an account requires approval for posts. We don't publicize the criteria to prevent spammers from learning how to best the system. To be honest, your account feel into a corner case and you should have never had an issue posting in the first place. I had to manually grant the permission on your account and apologize for the inconvenience.
For all users we highly recommend using your customer or partner email address to register for Community. This will put you in a group of "trusted" users.

Hi @Dan Bruhn ,
My community account is registered with ServiceNow Partner email address but still I am getting the following message and it is waiting for Approval.
'Your post will appear as soon as it is approved.'
Could you please help me with this issue. Even though I am responding quickly, due this approval process my response is not getting added to the post.
Thanks,
Koteswara Vara Prasad M

I have a different (maybe similar) problem re-occur. that is I must click on a Captcha to post, and it fails sometimes. I saw that behavior for several weeks late summer, it cleared up, but now it is back. What can be done?

This is an unrelated issue. That said, you should no longer be required to fill out CAPTCHA.
