Posting in the ServiceNow community requires Approval.

When I create a Question or Post a Reply in the community, I get the following message and it is waiting for Approval.

'Your post will appear as soon as it is approved.'

This has been mentioned in the past at the community. The first post often requires Approval.
On the other hand, I have already made several posts and still need approval every time.

Sometimes it takes up to 2 days for approval, which makes it impossible for me to respond to the questioner quickly.

My colleagues seem to be able to post without approval (they don't seem to have anything set up). Is there anything I can do to change the setting without approval?

Hi Satoshi,

There are a number of factors that fall into whether an account requires approval for posts.  We don't publicize the criteria to prevent spammers from learning how to best the system.  To be honest, your account feel into a corner case and you should have never had an issue posting in the first place.  I had to manually grant the permission on your account and apologize for the inconvenience.

For all users we highly recommend using your customer or partner email address to register for Community.  This will put you in a group of "trusted" users.

I have the same issue and it is so frustrating. It makes me want to avoid posting at all as all of my posts require approval. By the time it has been approved, I've logged off for the day.

It used to be a great source of collaboration, but this makes it very difficult to use.

I don't know if my company is a ServiceNow Partner, but my email address is linked to my account.

I'd love to have my posting restrictions removed as well please! I move between partners so use my own email to keep things consistent.
It's very frustrating having all my posts needing moderation.

Hi Thomas,

There was an issue with your permissions but you should now be able to post freely.
