Hello Community,
I'm working on populating the problem fields using the short description and description with Tech Intelligence. I was able to do this for incidents, but when I try the same process for problems, I can't find the problem table. I've attached a screenshot.
If this isn't possible with Tech Intelligence, could you please advise on alternative methods to achieve this?
The other solution May be predictive Intelligence the problem is I have only 3k problem records to train can I achieve the solution with them? I have edited the system property to 1k records and created PI but not able to see the result on problem form but it's working while testing.
