Preference menu is blank

Hi all,


After trying to switch the interface of Service Now to the traditional one, the Preference menu in my profile become blank.
I tried to clear browser cache/ login to different browser/ incognito browser but cannot fix the problem.

Does anyone know what is the root cause and suggest a solution for this please.

You mean UI16 to  and Next Experience—any reason for this? ServiceNow is planning to deprecate UI16 soon, so it’s better to use Next Experience only.
