Preference menu is blank

Hi all,


After trying to switch the interface of Service Now to the traditional one, the Preference menu in my profile become blank.
I tried to clear browser cache/ login to different browser/ incognito browser but cannot fix the problem.

Does anyone know what is the root cause and suggest a solution for this please.

You mean UI16 to  and Next Experience—any reason for this? ServiceNow is planning to deprecate UI16 soon, so it’s better to use Next Experience only.

Hi @QuyenVu 

 

1.  Open an incognito tab , and check there or clear your browser's local storage ->Try

2. Ensure  language and time zone options inside your profile are not empty

3. If you just need to edit or view your user settings immediately, bypass the blank UI entirely by navigating directly to the User Preference table via the filter navigator: sys_user_preference.LIST
