Hi, You use below approaches.
1. Export user records from other non prod instances like UAT, TEST instances etc.,
2. Roll back the clone
3. Clone from UAT to DEV then select the preserve the user check box and configure the user , role, group table in PROD instance.
4. Request Hi portal team to get the temp instances for 2 weeks duration with dev data before cloning and export the user table and other record from temp instance to DEV.
You can use any 1 option based on your convenience.
Suresh.

Hi Suresh,
Thanks for your quick reply,
Do you know why Preserve users and related tables filed option not selected by default?
When i compare with previous clone request that option checked by default.

Nagesh
