How can we disable a user from going into their settings and turning off their notifications?
(Gear icon -> Notifications -> Allow Notifications)
Is it possible? I am aware that I could mark the emails as mandatory but that simply does not fit our business case. Has anyone done this before or spoken with a ServiceNow representative and discovered a solution?

Hi bjg576,
As a user I would hate this, but if you must:
1. Set the system Property 'glide.notification.preference.ui.enabled' to false
That will do what you require.

Hello Paul, that worked until Tokyo but now that we are in Vancouver we have the same issue again. Any thoughts?
