Preview Notification v/s. Notification triggered from eventQueue

Hi All,

A notification which is getting triggered from an eventQueue is unable to populate the variables although Previewing it is picking up the variable values.

Any idea what is missing?

Hello @chatsaurav19

This might be because for the record the event is generated, the values might be empty.

In the preview notification, try selecting different records and see if the values are populating.

Or try previewing for already generated event. (you can select the event).

Yes it's working when I am clicking on 'Preview Notification'.
