Preview Record icon/button is not visible on approval form

In my instance on the Approval for the "Preview record button/icon" is not visible.

Any idea how to bring that up?

Is this for only that table and field or for complete instance?

where is this happening native or portal?

please check if readonly_clickthrough=true attribute is set or not on that field

This is happening in native UI. For the Approver field only.
