primary know error article should be mandatory on problem form when risk is accepted in RCA State

I tried with UI policy but problem is getting closed without attaching primary known error article

Configure the problem form of Accept risk dialog form view and add the field "Primary know error article" to it

and create a UI policy with conditions as resolution code --> Risk Accepted

ui policy action as "primary know error article" mandatory

Hi @Chaitanya ILCR , i have done what you  have suggested it is working fine in dev environment. but when i moved update set to test and i had thrown an error and i committed with  accepting remote updates but i cannot see primary known error article in test environment not sure what is the issue can you please guide on this

What was error that you've got?

check if the "Primary Known Error article" field exists in the Test environment

Looks like the field is part of a plugin

if the field exists and is part of the form the form layout, please share the error that you have got with update set movement
