Priority is getting set to P3 where as it should be P2 in Incident.

Hi, The Incidents gets created from alerts. So when the Alert "severity" is set to "Major", the incident "Impact" will be set to "1 - High" and "Urgency" will be set to "2-Medium".

For a specific "Alert Source" and if the short description contains "API", the alert is getting set to P3. 

I have checked - Event Rules, Business Rules(Incident), Client Scripts(Incident), Business Rules(Alert), Dictionary Overrides, Priority Lookups, and in none of the customization, there is no condition which is set as above. 

What else can i check for this issue? This issue is not happening for Other Alert sources and other Short description for the same source.

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

Can you screenshot the Alert Payload? It might be the case that in your payload you are receiving value for priority filed!
