Privacy notice (terms and conditions) before login into service portal

Hi,

We have a requirement:

Whenever user login in service portal(vendor portal) for the first time there should be a pop-up and once user click on accept button he/she should be able to access the portal 

Can someone help me with the process

You can use Announcements for this which is easier to configure. But it doesn't serve the exact usecase you're looking for.

Actually announcement is whole different thing. We need the pop-up once user accept it then only it should open the service portal
