Hi @shivaadapa ,
Privileged access means how much power someone has in a system. In ServiceNow, high privileged users (e.g., administrators) can control everything, while low privileged users (e.g., regular employees with role snc_internal and snc_external roles) have limited control.
Example:
- High Privileged: ServiceNow administrators can configure the entire system.
- Low Privileged: Regular employees with snc_internal and snc_external roles only submit and track their own IT requests.
Please mark it as solution proposed and helpful if it serves your purpose.
Thanks,
Anand
