Problem in importing import set when adding new column.

When I am adding a new column in the import set and try to import it, I cannot see the new column in the created table in service now.

Can anyone tell me how it can be resolved?

I ran into this recently and was able to resolve it by doing the following: 

  1. Navigate to the Dictionary for the Import Set Table
  2. Create a new Column (make sure the Column Label matches the data coming in)
  3. Save
  4. Open the newly created column
  5. Click Advanced View related link
  6. Update Attributes to include: import_attribute_name="INSERT COLUMN NAME HERE"
  7. Save
  8. Re-load your data by navigating to the data source and clicking the related link "Test Load 20 Records" and verify that the data is getting mapped to the newly created field correctly in the imported data
