Yes, you can customize the default flow or create new flow of Problem Management in ServiceNow by following below steps
Go to the ServiceNow "Navigation" menu and search for "Problem Management" or navigate to "Problem" > "Problem Management".
In the "Problem Management" module, click on the "Administration" tab.
Under "Administration," locate and click on "Problem Processes."
You will see a list of available problem processes. Find the default flow that you want to customize and click on it to open the record.
Once the problem process record is open, you can modify the different stages and activities according to your requirements.
To customize the flow, you can add new stages, remove existing ones, or modify the order of stages by dragging and dropping them.
Within each stage, you can add or remove activities as needed. Activities represent the individual tasks or actions performed within a specific stage.
To add an activity, click on the "+" icon within the desired stage, and configure it based on your needs. Activities can include tasks like investigation, root cause analysis, or resolution.
Save your changes to the problem process record.
Test your customized flow by creating a new problem record and going through the updated stages and activities
