Problem modal UI Actions

Hi,

We have a requirement to create a new button (ui action) on the problem form. 

I looked into how the OOB modals (i.e Assess) are configured using the ProblemModalUIHelpers script. Looked simple enough and I was able to create a new button/modal by copying most of the .onAssess() code. However, "cancel" and "ok" buttons on the bottom of the new modal are aligned on the left instead of the right (as seen on OOB Assess). 

Can anyone point me on which I need to configure to fix the alignment?

 Did you happen to fix this? For me the new model does not even show the Cancel and Ok button instead it shows all Problem UI Actions
