Hello good morning
I am trying to make a report with the following filter for the table Task [task]
Created > on > This year
and
Opened > does not contain > Service Desk
and
Task type> is > Incident
OR
Task type > is > Requested Item
and I am grouping it by State ("Group by > State") but when I put it in the bar graph it gives me different results than when it is not assigned any type of graph
In other words, if I select the "hond hold" bar, it shows me requested item and incidents with statuses other than just the hond hold
the same thing is happening in the "Close Skyped" bar, "Open"
Does anyone know how I can correct this? And how can I avoid mixing statuses that do not correspond to each bar in the graph?
