problem task mandatory fields

Hi Team , 

Can anyone please help me with my requirements?

I have created a few custom fields in the 'Analysis Information' section. 

when problem tasks is going to  close , Those fields should be mandatory , which is not happening  

Please see this below screen shot , this Ptask is closed , but fields didn't mandatory .

If i have created UI Policy which is not working .

These are some custom fields which i have created under ' Analysis Information ' .

This is the UI Policy i have configured 

While doing testing Ptask , when state is close , This UI policy is not working , I don't know what was the mistake here . @Dr Atul G- LNG @Ravi Gaurav 

NOTE :- Changes to option is not there

Not able to see any issue here, It can be cache issue. or do one thing, create a new UI policy with 1 field and check it is working or not.
