problem task mandatory fields

Hi Team , 

Can anyone please help me with my requirements?

I have created a few custom fields in the 'Analysis Information' section.

when problem tasks is going to  close , Those fields should be mandatory , which is not happening  

 

Please see this below screen shot , this Ptask is closed , but fields didn't mandatory .

If i have created UI Policy which is not working .

Hi @nameisnani,

Check for the UI Policy or Data Policy of Proposed fix notes and if Data Policy exists for that field, then create one for the other fields.
