Problem to complete the 'Application Developer Career Journey'

Hello everyone,

I been trying to fix this issue for days now.

I am trying to pursue the 'Application Developer Career Journey'

but this beautiful hexagon over here:

Is never marked as completed.
If I click the link from here it leads me to this exact link: 
https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/learning-course?id=learning_course&course_id=dda3414247...

however this link always stays on loading 😞

Anyone faced this issue before?
Should I raise the incident to support?

Hi @juancarrion 

 

The help center has a resolution for this.

 

Login to ServiceNow university and navigate to help center or from below link:

Help Center - ServiceNow University

 

Go to Self Service option - "

Fix my course/path completion"

 

Select your course from the drop down and navigate from there.

 

I hope this resolves the issue for you.

Hi @juancarrion ,

 

Clear cache, log out fully, then log in again. It might force the journey page to refresh status and sometimes browser issues prevent certain completion signals, If you can, try on a different browser or device...If nothing works, contact support, provide course / journey IDs, screenshots, and show which course modules are marked complete and which aren’t....
