Problem with logging into ServiceNow Mobile Agent

Hello, everyone.
I attempted to log into my instance from the ServiceNow Mobile Agent app (iOS) w/ my admin credentials, and I somehow managed to trigger an infinite loop:
After I relaunched the app, I couldn't access any existing mobile experiences in my instance:
Would anyone know what happened? Did I miss any crucial steps?

Hello,
Does this happen every time you log out/into the app? Also, check syslogs and see if you can identify anything that errored or failed.
Table: syslog_transaction
Filter: User agent contains Agent and URL starts with /api/now/sg/writeback or /auth_redirect

I've seen quite a few posts with this same issue of the Now/Agent Mobile app nav bar not loading. There seems to be a lot of causes, so I'd recommend following the advice in this article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0868561
For a client of mine it was a faulty (custom) Mobile Theme record, changing that fixed it!
