Hi! Why doesn't it work, theoretically I have everything set correctly. Anyone had a similar error?

Check is any data policy in place on assignment group?

Hi @Sara007 , Can you please check if any UI Policies Running on Assignment group also check if any data Policies running on Assignment group
Also enable Reverse if false to TRUE
If you cannot find which UI Policy is Causing use debug UI Policies and check the Logs

Hi there,
Have a look if other UI Policies, Data Policies or even Client Scripts(!) are interfering. You can also play around with the order.

Hi @Sara007 ,
When you moved to scheduled the field is still mandatory because you have unchecked reverse if false in the ui policy , so please check it and try again.
And for assignment group there is a OOTB ui policy name - Mandatory - Assignment Group
