Problem Worknoted Notifications

When a Related Incident is added to a Problem record, it triggers the Problem Worknoted notification(s).   We do not want the notifications to be sent when the Related Incident counter is increased but we do want it sent for any other worknote updates. If you've done something similar, any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe there is an event listed in the problem events business rule that is firing a separate notification aside from these?   If those are the only two rules, it should not fire the notification.   You might want to open a ticket with HI to help, as they can see your instance and are very helpful when it comes to tracking down unexpected behaviors.
