Process flow formatter

Hi,

As in the below image, I shouldn't show both "Proceed" & "Hold" together. I need to show either proceed or hold depends on the state of the record. In this case I selected "hold" state and I need only "Hold" to be displayed in the flow formatter not proceed.

Can anyone please suggest how can I achieve this.

Hi there,

Displaying values conditionally in a Process Flow formatted is not possible. They will all be displayed. Which one will be highlighted is based on the condition in the Flow Formatter records [sys_process_flow].

Though hiding one value for example, that's not an option out-of-the-box.

Kind regards,

Hi Mark,

So any custom option that you know might work ?

In theory you can by customize the Process Flow formatted or creating your own. Though that's really up to you to spend countless of hours in. That won't be something you do within a few minutes or an hour.

Again out-of-the-box: no go.

Kind regards,
