Recently i have upgraded my PDI to Washington DC. After upgrade i have scenario for OMT as,
PS1 version 1 (Active state) mapped to PO1
PS1 version 2 (Active state) mapped to PO2
Note : PS - Product Specification

With above configuration in catalog i am firing TMF 622 payload on PO2 where i have passed sys id for PS1 version 2. But its not accepting that saying that specification (PS1 version 2) is not found.
When i tried with passing sys id of PS1 version 1 in payload for PO2 then its taking surprisingly and order is created that too surprisingly with the updated i have made in PS1 version 2.
Did anyone faced this kind of behavior? And any one know why its behaving like this?
