Profile Icon not working in mobile agent

Hi Team

I'm trying to add a profile icon to a screen header. I have set up all the required steps in the header function instance, but the icon is still not showing up. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, but no luck.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue and found a solution? If so, kindly share.

yeah , I already refereed this for creating the screen, but no luck.

Is there any specific step that needs to be added ( which is not in the above steps)?

No mate, try this: reinstall the app and check if it's working. If it's still not working, then log a Now Support case.
