Project Emails are not getting triggered.

Hello All,

Please help!

I have 3 notifications created for table pm_project ( Project Task assigned, Project task commented and Project task started). Email are not getting triggered for Project creation notifications , assignment notifications, Watch list and Work notes notifications.

Attached is the pic that has a pm_project notification.

 

When I reached out to ServiceNow support, the support person suggested to go to one of the active projects, navigate to the breadcrumbs on top left corner to Notifications and configure pm_project notification there.

What I'm unable to understand is that are both notifications different?

Where else can i troubleshoot to see what could be missing? No emails are being triggered.
