Proposed change approvals

Hi folks,

When a proposed change is submitted on CHG form approval should be sent to affected CI’s support group, and these approvals should not effect normal flow. 

I created subflow and triggered this using BR when manual proposed change is TRUE, but approvals are not being triggered.

how to achieve this feature, is there any alternate approach ?

Best you can do it using "Change Approval Policy". configure it for proposed change.

It is look like some customization in your change form. Only 1 flow can be attached to 1 change. Could you please provide more details.

we’re using OOB features, we’re looking to implement above feature.

1. I created BR on affected CI table, when we propose a change we’ve OOB field Manual proposed change which will be set to TRUE, then I’m triggering subflow and workflow (tried each automation)

2. Workflow: group approval activity to send approvals, workflow is being triggered but approvals are not being sent.

3. Subflow: CHG request as input action to send approval to change management team, it’s throwing Gliderecord is invalid.

can you please checkon workflow approach.
