Protection Policyが適用されているレコードは編集できるのか

Zurichで新規作成されたNotificationレコードを編集しようとしたら以下のような文章が表示されて編集ができませんでした。

「This item is read-only based on its protection policy.」

このレコードを編集する方法はありますか？

もしあれば編集方法を教えてください。

Records protected by a Protection Policy are read-only by design to prevent changes to critical or baseline data. You can’t edit them directly in service now.
If you need to modify it, you can either remove or adjust the protection policy (if you have admin rights) or create a copy of the record and edit that instead (Best practice).
