Provider notification is not working for assignment group

When a task or incident is created and unassigned, I want the notification to be displayed in the bell icon. It is not working as expected when "Assignment Group" is selected in "Recipients listed in the fields". I have tried the solution provided by @Rhodri (url below), I can see the logs but not getting the notification. Can someone suggest any idea or correct me what I'm doing wrong?

Hi @GnaneshP ,

 

Could you please check if the below log is showing in the [sys_notification_execution] table for your notification?

Also make sure all the notification preferences are enabled.

Hi @GnaneshP ,

 

Can you please share the logs that you are getting.

 

Also it seems you are trying to trigger the event without assigning to a group so this will never get executed. there should be some group to which the notification should be triggered.

Hi @SN_Learn , @Community Alums 


When I create an incident, it is triggering another provider notification which is already existing "Incident notification". My record is "incidentGroupAssigned". My notification is not getting triggered even when the "Incident notification" is made inactive.

Here, it says that 'assigned_to' is not having value which means that the user is not having email address or account is not active. 

 

Could you please check the user(s) of the assignment group?
